Live Music, Floating Lanterns, Cabaret, and New Year Resolution Friendly Fun!

2025 is HERE and we have a couple of events to help with your New Year’s resolutions from Wilmington Run Club to hold you accountable to a Free Mocktail Workshop. Events are a little on the light side this weekend, I think we’re all recovering from busy holiday season!

Floating Lantern Ceremony

(Sunday) Remembrance, reflection, and gratitude at Cameron Art Museum. Design a floating lantern to be placed in our Reflection Pond, all while enjoying live music, food, and drinks.

Cabaret

(Thurs -Sun) Step into the seductive and haunting world of Berlin’s Kit Kat Klub, where romance, freedom, and mystery swirl together in this unforgettable, Tony-winning musical.

Aldo Campana

(Fri/Sat) Recognized as one of the new faces in comedy, see this rising star at Dead Crow Comedy Club

  • Wilmington Run Club - This fan-favorite run club is starting at Luna Caffe this month on Castle St at 6:30 AM

  • Shannon Baker & Sometime Soon - Head to Live at Ted’s, Wilmington’s only listening room for an intimate music experience

  • Free Mocktail Workshop: Head to Palate Bottle Shop for a free mocktail workshop and complimentary non-alcoholic beer and wine tasting

Saturday (1/4)

  • The Wilmington Farmers Market - Wilmington’s only year round farmer’s market is hosted at Tidal Creek every Saturday

  • Latin Night - DJ Chris Perez will be spinning Latin music, they’ll even have someone who can teach you the basics of Latin dancing at Waterline Brewing

  • Live Music: Enjoy live music from Ian Hollingsworth at Wrightsville Beach Brewery

Sunday (1/5)

  • Brunch Food Truck and Jazz Jam - Arabelle Cookin’ will be at Fermental followed by a Jazz Jam later in the evening

  • Live Piano - Fight off the ā€˜Sunday Scaries’ with live piano music at The Blind Elephant Speakeasy

  • Bluegrass - Complete your Sunday ritual with weekly bluegrass at Satellite
