4/10 - 13: NC Black Film Festival: The four-day juried and invitational festival of independent motion pictures by African-American filmmakers, as well as films on subjects of black life, urban culture and African-American history, will showcase features, shorts and documentary films. Trophies will be awarded in each category.
5/2 - 7/25 - Free Concert Friday: Eagles Dare will host your favorite acts followed by a DJ every Friday night
5/3 - 35th Annual River to Sea Bike Ride: This event is a 20-mile bike ride along the historic route of the Wilmington Beach Car Line. There is no cost to participate.
5/3 - Ocean Fest Music Festival: Enjoy live music, food, and drinks along the water at Surf City’s annual festival
6/7 - Carolina Beach Music Festival: Enjoy the longest- running beach music festival in the US that is still held on the beach AND they’ve added an additional day this year for Reggae
